The main trailhead, which has parking for several cars, is located on the southeast side of Donahue Road (just off Mountain Road) in North Granby. An alternate walk-in Preserve entrance is located on Donahue Road near Beacontree Heath Road.

Highlights

Babbling brooks, hemlock groves, thickets of ferns, a huge glacial erratic. Relatively flat hiking after initial descent.
