Volunteer Opportunities

As an all-volunteer, non-profit organization, the Granby Land Trust relies upon the support of volunteers to achieve its land conservation mission. Today, as an organization responsible for stewarding nearly 3,000 acres of land, we need your help more than ever. We encourage you to contact us to discuss how we might be able to put your skills and interests to work in a way that can be meaningful to you while helping to protect Granby’s natural heritage.

If you're interested in volunteering, we have a number of ways you can help ranging from becoming a Property Steward (click here for responsibilities) to helping us organize our Land Trust events.

If you would like to volunteer, please send us an email at info@GranbyLandTrust.org.

We appreciate your active involvement and support!

🍂 You’re Invited! GLT Annual Meeting & Community Supper 🍂

The Granby Land Trust Board of Directors invites all GLT members to join us on Sunday, October 18, for our 2026 Annual Meeting and Community Supper at Cook Hall, Granby Congregational Church’s North Campus (219 North Granby Road). We’ll enjoy an old-fashioned potluck supper, then celebrate recent accomplishments, elect members to our Board of Directors, recognize some of our local conservation heroes, and look ahead to the future of land conservation in Granby.

We hope you’ll join us! Visit the Events Calendar page on the GLT website at www.GranbyLandTrust.org to register to attend.

🌳 Not yet a member or unsure if you’re current on your dues? Membership is just $30 a year. Visit GranbyLandTrust.org and click “Join or Renew” to support our work.

We look forward to seeing you there!
